Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I travel quite extensively between November and April and my employer requires me to use Enterprise for my rental cars. Keyser, WV is the closest to my location and, even though they are about 35 miles away, they always pick me up and drop me off. Cars are always clean and as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental vehicle!

This was a hardship trip. My father had passed away and I had to help my mom move out of her home because she lost everything.

I booked my trip with Priceline and chose Enterprise using my business debit card. Enterprise does not rent 1way without a major credit card. I did not receive a call ahead the day before...that would've been life saving. I wouldve been prepared and rerouted my trip.

I was flying to enterprise at Dulles airport in Washington D.C. from FL, traveling alone, 1way, and no one could pick me up. I booked an economy class rental a month in advance. I also needed a rental truck for my moms furniture. After the airport branch dismissed me, i called the local branch in Keyser and the manager would not help me. Instead of breaking down, I called Uhaul. They were very nice and they wouldve picked me up if they werent short handed at the time. I was forced to order a taxi and pay $165.00 for a 3 hour trip to Uhaul.

Be warned! If Enterprise is the only option to rely on, YOU WILL BE STRANDED BECAUSE ENTERPRISE DOES NOT PICK YOU UP!!

My review was going to be 1 star due to the young lady that original helped me. She over charged me, downsized my vehicle, and wouldn't take my full coverage insurance when I was told over the phone they would. I called 2days later complaining about being over charged, downgrade and not taking my insurance. So I went over to the location where I picked it up and Will inspected the vehicle, took my full car insurance, made adjustments to the agreement, gave me the car I originally asked for and apologized constantly (when he did nothing wrong). Will made up for the frustrating experience caused by the young lady. Thank you.

I reserved a minivan a week in advance. My reservation was confirmed available. One hour before I was was scheduled to pick it up they called and said there was no van available. The fact that my whole family had a plane to catch was my problem. I do not recommend!

If I could give a lesser rating than 1 I would. Called to rent a vehicle for a emergency earlier today, was told that yes in fact they had me an suv at the office, I could pick it up in an hour, hang up the phone, not 5 mins later a lady calls me to tell she does NOT have any vehicles available, after I specifically asked the man three times, and was ensured that yes I had a ride.
Was it completely either one of their faults, no but the lack of the communication was when I became livid.. Talk to your team.. Let them know what you have and dont have available....don't tell me to call you back in 3 hours to see if you have anything back when I have to go now....c'mon people you have a business to run "that's supposed to be dependable", they've proven today that they are anything but dependable

We were given our double upgrade to a very nice Chevy Suburban that easily and comfortably fit all our stuff and family. The staff were very great and we appreciate it.

Enterprise in Keyser, WV is a JOKE!!! I called Enterprise to reserve a rental vehicle they assured me they would have the vehicle there and ready to go the morning of pick up. We drove to Keyser looking forward to our planned trip and SURPRISE...SURPRISE... they did not have the vehicle we reserved nor would they be getting another back that day of the same request. They acted as if we didn't talk to the rep to make sure we had the requested type of vehicle and that just because we reserve something doesn't mean it will be available. I gave them 1 star but in reality the deserve 0. I do NOT recommend using Enterprise in Keyser they are very unprofessional and could care less about customer service!

Had a car going in the autobody shop for repair after being hit by a deer. Let them know insurance, date I needed the car and for approximately how long. Since my appointment was a month out, I followed up a week before just to make sure they remembered. Were difficult to get on the phone so I actually stopped by their location when I was in town. Day came to put the car in the shop.. no rental car available. They said they would have one the next day.. NOPE.. not the next day or the day after that... finely the autobody shop called and said my car was ready to pick up.. 4 days after my original pickup date they call and say they have a car for me.. I told them never mind, my car is ready to be picked up. All I can say is this enterprise is the worst I have ever dealt with. No cars, no communication and no commitment to serving the customer.. total failure.
