KFC

Order went in at 723pm and didnt get the food until 758pm. Also, place was a mess stuff every. No straws. People around us upset about the wait also.

My boys and i love to go to KFC we go to the one at the mall and the one in Danville lov both of them got great staff and treat there costumers with respect and don't care to talk to u make feel like ur welcome in the restaurant just a great place to go have a meal

That place has gone downhill in the last 2 years. Food is good but customer service needs worked on or fire them and hire other people who wanna work. Best time to go is early cause that evening shift comes off as quite ignorant of their job duties because after waiting for a mobile app meal with drinks over half of the meal was missing. I never even saw any manager come to think of it.

Manager is always outside in the car with 1 of her Male Companions, Therefore having others to do her work for her when She decides to stay for more than 10minutes at a time.

This is crazy wort k ever wished I would've read the reviews before stopping here. It ridiculous that you have to wait over 30 mins for food here any other KFC you get you order handed to you thru the drive thru window not here they make you pull around an wait half a hr on food

The customer service and food availability is unbelievable. We usually get KFC at this location weekly and the last 2 weeks have been very disappointing. I visited between 530pm - 7PM and there was no big crowd. I will gladly walk next door to Bob Evans.

Employees look semi conscious ! always outside smoking something..
Chicken is gross! orders are wrong,and no one over there gives a dam!

A hit or a miss as to how the food is. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Need a better baker....
