Really is just a pick up and drop off stop. You can NOT purchase tickets here. If artiving late evening...take care...just a bench, no shelter. However, is great place to leave out from, just already have your ticket purchased offline. Our driver was curtious and extremely helpful :-)

Several Years Back Folks I Was On The Greyhound Buses And Loved It Alot. I Met Nice People On My Way To All Of The Big Cities In The United States A Very Great Gay Man Was Our Driver And He Was Very Professional. I Remember On One Particular Night We Was On Our Way To San Francisco And A Lady Miscarried Her Child In The Bathroom We Was Near Reno Nevada And The Lady Was Bleeding Bad He Got on His Radio And Got Her Help From The Police They Could Not Get Her Out Via The Buses Door So They Opened Up A Side Window Well Her Mother Came With Us To Sacramento California So All Went Well The Entire Staff At Greyhound Is Professional On Every Level I Live In Princeton WV So Now I Am Leaving Here To Make A New Life In Melbourne Florida I Hope The Greyhound On Bland Street In Bluefield Will Accept Cash Payments To Go Or Take May Cash To Purchase A Ticket There For The 154 Dollars As Promised. Even Covid-19 Will Not Stop Me From Going To My Husband In Melbourne Florida.

The lobby is still closed I had to wait out side from 6:00 pm to what was suppose to be 2:05 am, but the bus was an hour late. So I waited out side for 8 hrs.

Waited for an over an hour but greyhound never came. Not prompt but they tell you to be early in case the driver is early. So be curious to them but don't expect that they will be on time or anything near on time.

I've been in Bluefield WV my whole life and for the city to go from a full blown bus depot up until the early 90s, to merely a wrought iron park bench for a greyhound drop/pick up spot, is deplorable! Either Bluefield or greyhound needs to do better!
