Marion County Magistrate Crt

Just went there to see if my son or me had any tickets that would cause a Warrant out for him but all his fines were paid and there was no war and the guy that was their help me look up what I couldn't figure out so he was very helpful and they normally are pretty good at helping you

I had to take care of important business, but everyone was nice and respectful and very helpful

The blonde receptionist was very helpful, and informative. The security guards were polite and did their job very well. I went in and filed an eviction on our tenant’ s. We were appointed Judge Linger and I was not very impressed with her. She didn’t acknowledge me or my presence not ‘one’ time during the hearing, which I felt was very rude. I filed the paperwork and my signature was on the order, as well as paid for filing fees under my name. I felt so disrespected. My husband even told me after the hearing that he didn't feel like he could even discuss the answer to her question with me because of the way she only addressed him. Absolutely ridiculous, so if you are a female you would be better off requesting a male judge, if you have to appear in Fairmont Magistrate Court.
