To make a long story short. The court house lost all my evidence. The CD, ledger and transcript from my preliminary hearing went missing. Also the CD from the family court division was blank. How all this could happen is beyond my belief. My case should have been dismissed but wasn't. Beware of Marion County they have a very corrupt legal system.
