Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was good. My husband got the core to the head of iceberg lettuce in his salad. Yuck. Mentioned it to the manager and she seemed like she had no idea why that was something that should not happen. Not sure she has ever seen the inside of a head of lettuce.

This was my second visit to this location. Around 9pm both times with my wife and son (6 years old.) Both visits were about a year apart. The staff were friendly enough but both times the restaurant was dirty (table needed wiped, floor had dirt and used napkins lying around, utensils had old food on them.) The food is....ok. I ordered a 12 oz ribeye, medium and it came out rare...cold in the center and only seared on each side and resembled an 8 ounce sirloin. The broccoli was not cooked very well either (raw broccoli is actually cooked better) the mashed potatoes actually were pretty good. Everyone at my table ran out of drinks and we were never offered a refill. In the end I was left wondering why I spent nearly $70 for 2 small steaks, 3 sodas and a corndog. I really wanted the second visit to redeem the first but obviously it didn't and I wouldn't recommend eating here if you value cleanliness and don't want a sub fast food quality meal at premium prices.

Tried to order online, but was unable to figure out how to add some crunch shrimp to my order. I was able to go into the restaurant and get the shrimp included in my order.
Food was prepared promptly and was very good. The order taker in the restaurant was very helpful and we enjoyed our dinner.

The food was excellent and fresh. The service was great as well!

Was there for my anniversary and they treated us right from the time we got there. They were a bit busy that day and apologized for our wait but our waitress was constantly at the table checking in on us and explaining what was going on while we waited. I come here usually for special occasions and get Fancy Like Appleebee's on a date night with the wife. I always recommend this establishment for a fun laid back evening.

Server was great, food was good but the fries were not fresh. You can tell they sat for several minutes before being brought out.

Ordered a chicken salad. Mostly romaine. Overpriced. Queso extremely salty, that I couldn't even eat it, and I like salt. Unsatisfying expensive to go order!

Fast and Friendly Service . Our Waitress was Attentive to our large group. She did an Amazing Job.
