It's nice to get to drive around

I am a long-time customer of Chase and have always considered them to be friendly and helpful, so I send a friend to the bank for assistance with her opening a savings acct., with them and they refused any help. She was told they no longer provided that service and she would have to do it using
internet services and they went as far to accuse her of fraud! I could not believe my ears!

My friend had called me from Chase, so I listened to a very unprofessional bank representative degrade my friend!!!

Great service

The ATM machine at the Logan branch has been messed up for months. You can make cash deposits. When you ask you need to call to make a complaint, they say it will be took care of. I run a business and it is hard for me to make deposits when the bank is open. Plus I found our that Chase Bank don't own the ATM that is in their parking lots with their name on the machine.

My Dad had to go into the bank for another debit card because he had lost his. They were quick and easy to deal with we got in and out in about 15 minutes.

Grat bank I am a veteran and they have free checking for veterans.
