I did not like it they were very rude and moody. And somehow obviously they don't care who you are you pretty much can forge someones signature and claim anyones child for benefits . Illegal , sick, sad , just cannot be real life.SERIOUSLY

Call over and over and it just rings..for DAYS. No one ever calls you back if you leave a message. The workers fail at their jobs. Submit the requested paperwork and complete reviews then get letters 3 weeks after letter date saying you didint complete the review and diabled childs benefits are cut off. No wonder WV is in such a bad state, incompetence at every level!

It's hard to not give 5 stars to a service that helps put food on the table. They have been severely overwhelmed since the virus hit, but they have been getting the job done.

Called at 4:30 desperately needing our food stamp card sent out since ours was lost. Was told to hold on and hung up on, called back and was ignored and continually put through the menu over and over.

Edit. Years later. Still constantly hung up on and been calling for two weeks, when they don't hang up, I rudely get cut off and transferred..to voicemail every. Single. Time. No call backs for weeks now.

Nobody returns calls, ever. Impossible to get anything done unless you go directly to office, and wait around until they get to you. Less than useless.

I have to say they are the best case workers I've yet to see. They all go above and beyond. They make sure you know all programs and assistance you qualify for. They offer referrals to other places that can help with what they couldn't. Very nice and professional.

I am grateful for any type of assistance I can get I am 7 months pregnant with my first child and make the least amount of money I have ever made working full time but these benefits are extremely important and when there is a problem it is important that somebody gets back with you quickly and tried to fix the problem. I have a hard time having anybody contact me back I usually have to leave 4 or 5 voicemails under random case workers numbers just to get somebody to call me back weeks later. Nobody can ever seem to give me answers either.
