The scenery here is pretty nice. Especially now that the Christmas lights are coming back out again. The Wi-Fi Was catastrophically slow tho. Not too inconvenient but still inconvenient enough

Peaceful. Well cared for. Nice connecting road to the Chief Logan Lodge. Camping. Plenty of hiking trails. They were getting ready for their Christmas light show.

A fun and educational stop in Chief Logan State Park! The exhibits are nicely constructed and labelled. My son enjoys visiting every time we come to the park. For those who love glassware, there is a nice exhibit showcasing 19th, 20th, and 21st century locally-produced glass. Free to see!

Easy access over the mountain from the lodge. Free entry and several nice displays on coal mining history, which is what we wanted to see.
