They need to hire and school more people to know the areas they are supposed to be knowledgeable about . I along with several other people were walking around the store trying to find someone to help locate products. I helped a lady in the plumbing department. We both had went to the mill works desk and they said people for the areas we needed help were all out to lunch. Then they sent someone from electrical to plumbing that new little about that department. It really seemed disorganized. I was told to just call later and my questions could be answered. I did call many times and could never get anyone to answer in the plumbing department. My wife stopped in the store later to ask the questions about a whirlpool tub they had on display and the person in that department told her he did not know about it. She needed to go home and look it up on the website for her answers to her questions. Unbelievable.

Friendly fast service usually. But please when someone says no to applying for your credit card for a measly low % cash back - stop asking. A nice quick trip turned into 45 minutes of badgering about why I should get the lowes card since we are remodeling. Literally any credit card I’ve already got is better.

It was nerve racking to keep my composure honestly. And I’m sure people who do not have good enough credit to even apply and be approved would be embarrassed to have to keep declining the offer.

Especially the Lowe's on Southside but also including Vienna. Customer service is milling void. It does not exist! Maybe 1 out of 10 trips, I'm able to get the help I need!

Decent experience here. Everything a person would need for home improvement and comfort. Wasn't able to find enough employees to help me locate items I needed. Prices were fair

Lowes was amazing the help there was the same Michael Ray was the boys name he was absolutely 💯 good employee back and forklift and and got the thing even to take it outside for us 🇺🇸 😀 fine gentlemen hands down haven't seen one like him in very long long time !!!

Lowes has helped me with kitchen remodels, and some pretty heavy duty home upgrades. They always come through !

Horrible customer service! As a handyman I have to shop here fairly often. If you need help finding something or have a question, good luck getting someone to help! Definitely prefer home depot at this point.
