I have done a complete basement remodel utilizing products from this Lowe's. For the most part, quality has all been really good (minus about 7 warped boards out of 300). They do truck delivery out to Covington (and maybe further) for $59. Carpet install was smooth and affordable. Employees helpful but not overbearing.

The service level at this location has plummeted. They've been through 2 Store managers in 2 years and now the third has made changes to store policies that don't match the corporate policies. They no longer take back any items in plumbing, electrical, or tools without a receipt, even for store credit. I was told this is because of theft in these departments. Whatever the reason, I don't believe I'll be shopping at this store for any home improvement projects going forward. If I can't order what I need online from Home Depot, I'll travel to Beckley or another Lowe's to get what I need.

Well this is us just a standard Lowes that has all the same things all the other Lowe's have the employees were exceptional

Back ground, I'm a retired USN disabled vet. Currently have 2 kids in college. I don't have tons of money.

The store is nice and clean. The manager, Tracey, is the worst type of manager you'll encounter. Micro managing Middle management at best, who lucked up on a position above her conscience capabilities. She was surprisingly rude to me and her employee's.

I Spoke with 5 different people over 2 weeks to return a lawn mowers. Had to argue with 2 managers and threaten a BBB report before a refund was issued.

A month later they double charged my credit card. Called Lowes customer service...they passed me off to the next manager 4 times so I went to store and met Tracey (store manager). She refused to refund the $2755 charge because she could find the lawn mower at Lowes. How is this my fault? She admitted and confirmed I did not pick up the mower both on video surveillance and there is no signature for pick up (obviously, I never ordered this) and she still refused to refund the charge.

Now I'm force to file a complaint with BBB and initiate an investigation with my cc company.

**Update: Out of no where a very nice lady figured out the issue. A power outage caused several double charges. I have been refunded. I changed my score from 1 star to three. I didn't get her name but God bless this woman.

Was very pleased with my trip to the Lowes In Lewisburg. Tim went out of his way to help me find a lamp I was in search of. He helped and answered my questions even though it was not his department.

I stopped here just a week after I had 6 hernias repaired. I was still unable to walk very well, so I was going to use a motorized cart. They had 3 total carts, all completely dead, and would not move from their spot. I was disappointed.
