Things have gone WAY downhill over the past couple of years.

I had an appointment with Dr. Farris scheduled and her receptionist called the day of (after I had drove 3.5 hours for the appointment) and scheduled me for a couple of months later. I came in again for that appointment and again, she cancelled the day of my appointment. I ended up finding a new psychiatrist, and have only heard about her cancellations of other patients since.

My sister had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Pendleton scheduled for 12pm. She talked to the nurse until 12:10 and then patiently waited for an hour just to be apologized to by the receptionist when she told them she had to go back to work.

Don’t overbook your clients if you can’t even handle the patients you have in the first place. Do better Robert C. Byrd.

Okay whoever left three stars. Definitely didn't see Dr Kennedy. I rarely go to the doctor for myself because 98% of the time I have been met with complete incompetence. Utter lack of care or engagement, the list goes on and on. However Dr Kennedy, the moment he came into the room I was impressed how he conducted himself how much he engaged with me. How many questions he had. Especially how he addressed some of my issues and never assumed it was the common and probable ailment or condition. He always mentioned how it could possibly be ( a specific condition or ailment) He didn't just assume immediately that's what it was. (Which it probably is "that"). But Dr Kennedy will do his due diligence to figure it out for certain to the best of his ability. I just really appreciate him not being general and assuming. I am used to doctors looking over their clipboard taking notes and saying yeah it's probably this or probably that. With no examination!!! Then they just write a prescription and haphazardly hope that might be it. OR they don't know but skirt around the issue. Dr Kennedy is hands on very engaging and thorough. I am extremely hard to impress Yet Right now I'm beyond impressed! He is pleasant, caring, attentive, thorough and unassuming. I cannot say enough kind things about this man. He came highly recommended to me. And I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Dr Kennedy is the be all get all! the man is definitely changing the world for the better.

I had my first visit Monday the 13th of June with Kayla Cuadros D O . I must say it was a very awarding experience.I have had back pain for 25 years or so.I am now with a pain Dr. that has installed a stimulater and is now doing injections to bl;ock nerves. They last temporally . Kayla did the procedure on me and I now have no pain. This is my 3rd day pain free.I will be returning in a month for a 2nd appointment with Kayla.
Thank you Kayla and staff. Very nice clinic you have and nice staff.
See you in a month. David Shanklin.

This place is terrible with sending meds to pharmacy but twice they never sent my meds in. Only nice thing I have to say is the doctors are helpful.

My husband had an appt. at Clinic 12:30 today (12/22/22). We arrived early, driving from Monroe Co., fearing ice. We were told to sit in designated area so that testing could be done for entry. We called, early, were told nursing staff were out to lunch til 12:30, should be out shortly after. Intake info was taken on phone. Had to start car periodically, cold rain. 1:00 pm. (1/2 hr. after time), called, were told 'nurses just back from lunch'-soon. Given paperwork to fill out. Husband's symptoms covered most everything! Shortly, taken inside! (No testing in car; why were we kept sitting in cold rain?) Attendant was not wearing a mask. We had not brought ours, told 'no problem, c'mon in!' Temp-101.4 degrees & vitals taken. Told there would be tests for flu & covid, then see dr. on duty (husband's doctor is well respected & loved by us both-Never saw this one!).
Tests ultimately came back positive for both flu & covid. Attendant (don't know if nurse) who had not worn mask previously, showed up masked to give us Paxlovid & prescription for Tamiflu. I said husband has diagnosed asthma, had checked 'difficulty breathing' on questionnaire, and was wheezing heavily-(my impetus for appt.)-wanted someone to listen to his chest. Nurse (someone new-?) came in, indicated there was congestion, said she'd talk to doc, be back. When i asked for doctor, was told "He doesn't want to see him, 'He's Too Sick!'" Really? This is a doctor?
Nurse told me (i'd gone out to warm car-dead battery, had to push down slope to leave!...the ultimate...) when i needed to get back into clinic to leave (there had been no help, response), that 'dr. would 'call him' on phone to discuss'. He did, had obviously not reviewed required question/answer sheet, or medical history...I added to conversation in car, reiterating asthmatic. Fool said 'if he had shortness of breath, or started wheezing, 'might' want to go to ER at hospital' The difficulty breathing had been marked on questionnaire, the wheezing told to unmasked attendant...and readily heard Without a stethoscope, as woman who listened had noted. Shameful, unprofessional "service", care.

Just checked for posting...Why are reviews shown Old? 7 years, 5, 2, 1, 8 mos....how about Today? 12/22/22!

They had been pretty slow and poor bed side manner. Today was perfect. I got an appointment immediately after I called. Check in was seamless. The Resident physician was awesome, knowledgeable and truly invested in making sure i got what I needed. I hope future visits go this well

Got bloodwork done 5 weeks ago and a ECG of my chest done a month ago. I was told the doctor would call me the same day to discuss the results with me, but she never did. So I called multiple times to have the doctor discuss the results with me, but they never call back. The doctor does not seem to care at all about my health! There's no urgency and always a different excuse as to why they haven't called to discuss my test results. The doctor I've been dealing with is Sabrina Walker. If you can avoid her at all costs. She has showed no interest in me or my health since my first initial appointment. Just an overall horrible experience
