Department of Motor Vehicles

I come from Maryland, and North Carolina. The DMV here is very relaxing and smooth. Even when it's busy it still moves a good pace.

The manager is incredibly rude. She is short with the customers and makes you feel like you are impeding on her day by being there. I am not impressed that she is the one that leads the office.
However, I had several interactions with the staff and they are GREAT. The staff is helpful and very kind. One of the girls went out of her way to help me and to get the answers I needed during my visit. The manager should take note on customer service from her subordinate staff members.

My daughter was treated very badly when she went to take her knowledge test. I was with her. Most of the employees were rude from the time we came in until we left. My daughter was in tears. I will never go there again. They need attitude adjustments. I never complain on these sites, but, in this case, I am making an exception.

So very disorganized. I went there a half dozen times to get my car registration and tags. Everyone was nice but somewhere they need educated and better communication.
3 people=3 answers.. It took me close to 3 months to get things accomplished.

For as many people working there you get that many different answers for your question the Logan DMV needs a major overhaul. People are out here trying to get their life together and be self-sufficient and you get a different answer every time you go to this one I would recommend you go to a different one.

Logan DMV was actually quick today. Definitely like how they do it there now.

It was actually ok today it didn't take me long to get my stuff done and the lady was nice

You can now just walk in, but it takes a while, they see people that have made appointments first, then the walk ins. I was there about 3 hours last time waiting to have an ID made for my daughter, they just don't have enough people working the windows, there's 7 windows but only 3 were ever working at the same time.
