This is by far the worst experience with a hospital I’ve ever had. They have some of the nastiest most unprofessional staff I have ever met. No warm welcomes , just ugly stares and snippy attitudes. They treated me like a bother more than a patient. The nurses in the ER snatched the ekg stickers off my body as aggressive as he possibly could. When being asked questions I had doctors laughing and snickering at responses. So unprofessional. They could not make it any clearer they don’t care about their patients. The women at the front desk stared down in her phone for 15 minutes before looking up to ask me did I need to see a doctor. Can heard nurses outside my room making inappropriate jokes about health and heart attacks as loud as they could with no regard to patients in rooms suffering real issues.I mean it sounded so intentional. These staff members at this hospital are some of the worst bunch I’ve ever experienced. One nurse gave me attitude because I could not recall the name of my medication right away. This is the nearest hospital from where I live and it’s so bad I’m considering moving to get better help. This one nurse came in to put stickers back on me and she lift my shirt up while there was two different male workers in the room I didn’t have a bra on and when she was done she just left it up and walked out I had to pull it down myself. I was disgusted. How can you be so callous and cold when you are in a position that is supposed to help people.

This rating will be very misleading.
On one hand, some of the staff at LRMC are excellent. They've saved my life on several occasions, been understanding with me when I probably didn't deserve it, and have went above and beyond in providing care.
On the other hand, I've had a very negative experience with one of the main bosses, and the Dr who took over for Santa Maria. That Dr in particular has no business acting the way he does. Others may have a different opinion of him, I can only speak on my personal experiences. I won't get into details here, let's just say he was extremely demanding, with no compassion or understanding whatsoever!
Outside of these 2 gentleman I can't complain at all. I personally love some of the employees that work here, but the attitude these 2 gentleman displayed, and the overall experience I had with them makes me feel more than justified in my rating. I hope your experience with them is better than mine!

My daughter had a baby there two days ago.
Shes only allowed to have two people to visit the entire time shes there.
I was one of those people.
You have to go to the ER desk and ask themvto open the door to get access to the elevators.
They are so rude!
Ask you a dozen questions, and then they still have to call upstaors and ask if its ok.
One of them actually said to me, "youre gonna have to stay up there"
Well...no i dont!
When you finally get thru, go up on the elevator, you have to push a button, let it take your pucture before someone opens the door to the floor.
This is absolutely ignorant.
I spent more time trying to getbup there than i spent visiting.
Im all fir security, especially with babies.
Ive been there for several births over the years.
Never been treated like that

I went to E.R. most everything seemed organized and moved along at a good pace. First time paperwork, triage, CT scan and then treated all under 4 hours. Wednesday ( at a different location ) I spent more time, to not get seen. From all I saw area's were clean. The restrooms were stocked and clean as well. I was satisfied with the way the met my medical needs. This was my first visit to this location.

Dr. Mccleary did my knee replacement he did an excellent job. I went to logan outpatient physical therapy and I can’t say enough good things about Linda and Jeannette they were tough and professional but treated me like family. They made me want to work hard.

We ran into a rough start at first trying to get our son some help. Multiple factors contributed to that and it’s not fair to base the rating completely on that. Once he received a room, the pediatric crew quickly provided care and he made a complete recovery. We want to give a special shout out to, Tobie, the pediatric nurse. His level of care was outstanding and he made sure we were still okay even after we were released. Thank you!!
