I went to my first movie since Covid 19 yesterday and I decided to go to the Robey Theater in Spencer, WV. It's the longest running theater in USA since 1907.

It's not very decorative but it's very nice. I went and saw Jurassic World. The movie was good. It cost $8 per adult. I purchased a small popcorn, medium Coke Zero and plain M&Ms, it cost $17 total.

I would definitely go back again!!!

Old time movie house with the newest movies there is, and some old time movies as well.
The popcorn is good and the drinks are cold.
Well worth your time.

I love an old theater and this one is old. Super friendly and the best popcorn. It's tattered and torn. Be nice if there was some restoration, but ambiance abounds.

Love this old theatre! I would hope the town of Spencer and/or Roane County will step in & help preserve this iconic piece of community history.

Unbelievable theater, for how old it is it really holds up. The chairs are pretty comfy and the popcorn is always top teir. They always have a good snack selection and the movie quality is always good. When they show 3D movies it's always a treat! 10/10

Historical theatre, and a perfect place to get away from it all. Definitely taste some popcorn from the antique popper they still use.

Great movies, sometimes they play old movies too! Great hours, great prices, great selection of candy. They even sell coke that tastes like classic coke, if you ask. Popcorn is fresh, butter is amazing. Still looks great after all these years, comfortable seats (for the most part). The only bad thing is that it gets cold, so bring a blanket.
