This is where I come to visit my daughter(Maia), and the people that work here are very nice and friendly!

Nobody ever answers the phone number. The directory for workers always says no extension available! I’ve called since July 11th 2019! Made a trip today to see my worker and give them the paperwork they requested and the black haired woman with black trimmed glasses refused to help or even let me see a worker.
This is a shame that you can’t reach anyone and then drive there and the worker says she doesn’t know what to do. Shameful and disappointing.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past week and no one answers their phone it keeps saying leave a message and they will call me back within one business day and they never do if I could give zero stars I would the front desk keeps saying they are with a client well youre not with a client for a week.

Never answer the phone!!

How can you get ahold of anyone when they don't answer the phone.

Worst County Office I have ever walked into. Nobody Acknowledged me and nobody had the ability to answer any questions and when I asked for a manager they were not available. I came all the way from the west to visit my dad in west virginia and I wasn't able to help him after five days of trying. I am still waiting for a phone call back after trying a half dozen times just to leave a message. What is going on with Logan County Offices? Time to fire somebody or shut them down because nobody is working.

No one never answers their phone. They never call you back. I was just denied a service I should have never been denied for. I have been using this service every year for many years. Since the pandemic where you can't go in the office, I have been denied. They don't care about people!!
