This place is horrible....very rude and unprofessional. Ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday and the owner never made any attempt to deliver them. Her excuse is, my daughter didn't answer the phone so she's not gonna bother to deliver. Really.?? Never heard of such. My daughters house is a five minute drive from this florist. My daughter sat outside for over an hour waiting for flowers that never came. Happy birthday.... so I asked for my money back, she said OK. Three days later, no refund.will be calling BBB to file a complaint. Also posted this review the day off and she deleted it, so I'm posting again!

I have used this place several times to randomly send flowers to my wife at her office. They are always prompt and beautiful and she loves how they are always season appropriate. Guys this is a great way to get those extra points with the lady in your life! Lol...just a phone call and this place will take care of ya!!

The flowers for my wedding were gorgeous! So glad I chose Anita’s! They were so easy to work with and made all the arrangement so perfect!

My husband and I were chosen to do a styled photo shoot and Anita’s Flowers and Boutique created my bouquet and my then fiancé’s boutonnière. I was so in love with the arrangements that I made an appointment to speak with Chantelle about doing our flowers for our wedding! Chantelle was so amazing to work with and at our first meeting we discussed all of our details and then after our meeting she sent me a very detailed floral board on what she was thinking for our day. Her vision was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately we had to postpone due to COVID, but Chantelle was very accommodating to our new date and assured me that she could still create what we originally discussed for our May wedding. She went above and beyond to bring our spring vision to our new date in November! She had done my bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, and my husband and his groomsmen’s boutonnières. They were all BREATHTAKING! I received countless compliments on everything that she had done. If you are looking for stunning arrangements and amazing service you must go to Anita’s Flowers and Boutique! I highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Seven years ago both of my parents were buried in Buckhannon. Due to health issues I’ve been unable to travel back to the place where I was born to place flowers on their grave. Each year since then, 3 times a year, Dee Dee has created and delivered gorgeous arrangements! Thank you DeeDee!

Anita's always come through with beautiful flowers! For birthdays, special events, weddings, funerals and graveyard flowers, the staff at Anita's is always gracious to make a gorgeous arrangement. They go out of their way to make it personal for that person! I can't thank them enough for all the wonderful arrangements that they have made in the past and will do in the future. I ordered flowers for my sister around noon on a Friday and they delivered a beautiful arrangement by 2:00. Great service.
