Boston Market

This was my first time visiting Boston market. I came in with my coupon for a $3 quarter chicken meal for the Tmobile Tuesday deal. The staff was very welcoming. There were about 6 people ahead of me that were doing the same deal. The staff were very organized and there was no issue with the codes. The food was amazing! I would definitely return.

Food was good but all the employees was outside smoking cigarettes in front of the restaurant then come in make food without washing hands. She didn’t even say thank you when I put money in the tip jar. The older white lady is always so nasty

This was my first and last time eating at a Boston Market. The customer service was awful and the food was absolutely horrible. The cashier talked me into making my drink a large they were completely out of anything to drink. No soda, tea, or juice like how are you going to charge someone for a drink and not have anything. Anyhow, I do not advise anyone eating here it’s a waste of money.

I travel every week for work and get off late. I have to order food to my hotel or else when I get off, everything's closed. When my Uber Eats driver decided to inexplicably drop my order because the chicken was still cooking, I didn't see it until I left my job, 20 minutes before close.

I called the restaurant, and they made my order and gave me a free cookie. It was 100% Uber Eats' fault, not theirs, but they still made me dinner right up at closing time. And the food was fire - hot and very good. Very grateful to those employees - and very happy it was delicious!

Always great for a quick hot meal when you don't feel like cooking dinner!! Better than fast food and you see what you're getting!! Staff is always friendly! 😉

Edit: It's been over a week and I have yet to receive my refund.

Been here a few times, and unfortunately this location is the best nearby me.

Food is good, but unfortunately many times now I've gone in and they either ran out of food or were too lazy to make it at the end of the night.

I wish they had a system set up where you aren't able to order food from them if they're out. Now they've given me the roundabout to get a refund back from them.

This place has become completely impossible! According to them, you MUST order online which means you MUST have the app and you MUST give them your credit card number. AND on top of that, they keep the doors locked in some kind of paranoid freak show! The only reason there’s one star is because you can’t post a review without one. Horrible place!!!!
