This place has gone to the pit. This use to be a good place. I specifically ask for a cinnamon roll with nuts on top and they gave me what looks like a sticky buns. Then they try to argue with me. I will never ever go back to Shipley’s.

Good homey place to go for a chat with friend and enjoy a great cup of coffee and of course, a donut.

I go in one early morning. (I haven't been here in a long while and I won't be going back) but anyway I come in and that lady that come to the register has a whole attitude!! She has a ugly look on her face and she making faces every time I order something. So I ask is there a problem why do you have a attitude and it completely went hay wire after that she started going off on me screaming at me in front of everybody and the manager finally came around after I called her over and she literally had to hold the girl back this is so unprofessional and disrespectful. What kind of ppl are you'll hiring to let them disrespect your customers like that and all the manager said is I wil talk with her.

A rainy day is a good day to go see Natalie at Shipleys on Valley Mills & Cobbs. They rarely run out of the most popular donuts, they keep making them & Natalie keeps the smiles and hospitality coming. Made my morning a little brighter, so I'm passing it on. Thank you Natalie for great customer service and hospitality, I appreciate it.

Got kolaches, the bread was dry an hard. The lady working the drive through needs to be professional, an she was rude.

Drive through experience is always fast and efficient. Some mornings there is someone walking down the line of cars taking your order and it's ready at the window. But service is always fast and friendly.
