The decent selection of places to choose from and the main seating area with the tv screens is the only reason I’ve rated this place 3 stars. It’s quite expensive, closes earlier than all the other places and you have to pay for parking.

Definitely the easiest place to park when you go to Waterside. 2nd floor is the pedestrain bridge into Waterside.

I just have to say this was the best customer service I have ever received I live in Richmond Va and my car broke down in the Waterside parking deck. It was there for 3 days (including a holiday in between). With my car breaking down needing a tow truck that can really be overwhelming but I had questions and I called customer service (don't remember the lady's name) and OMG great service so great I went a left a comment on the site and when I actually came to pick up my car Ms China and Ms Makayla were so nice and just understanding and I just really am impressed.

Go during special events and park for free. The stairwells always smell like piss though..

This is an excellent parking choice when visiting the Waterfront area of Norfolk. Safe and secure. $13 a day beats $30 at the Marriott. Easy walk to hotels.

One of the better garages downtown, not as tight as the others and enough room for larger trucks and suvs. Convenient location. Stairwells often smell terrible, but what can you do?
