This service has been a great help! I have 2 large dogs and small children. It was always a stress of mine that my kids could not go out to play in fear they would step in the dogs mess. Now that I have this service the kids are able to play outside and the yard stays clean. Very responsive, very friendly, and dependable. They also are good with the dogs!

Bibi is amazing ! Always comes on time, let me know the time she is arriving, if the puppy is outside she waits for someone to put him inside and never complains, love working with her.
This company is really good. They take their time to work on my backyard plus always cordial and nice to anyone they see there. Will keep working with them and recommend them 100%.

As a local small business owner it is refreshing to find a work ethic that this company has. They are on the ball, which is hard to find these days. They let us know by texting us, how far out they are each week before arrival. Lex, who has been serviced my yard from the beginning, is super thorough, and I have a large back yard. Not to mention 2 significantly (still growing) large dogs and a medium size “grandma” dog. She sweeps through our yard quickly and efficiently. I get that some people might think its not necessary, but it sure is nice, and less poop around means less diseases, worms and so on. I love supporting our local small businesses, and they make it easy to do so.

I love the communication of the employees for this company. I get a courtesy text before arrival, which is great notice in case I have my dog out in the yard this gives me plenty of heads up to bring him inside before they leave. I also get another text, when the tech is done servicing the yard. They communicate well via email and respond to your queries quickly. I am super impressed with the level of professionalism from the staff. Thank you!

They cleaned my yard after my dogs. They are fantastic I picked the days they text when 5min away so dogs are in . Very professional and they text me when their don. , and my dogs and five-year old can play. I'm in wheelchair and disabled what a fabulous 👌 company. Recommend them to everyone.

I've been a customer for nearly 1.5 years and things were great up until they lost their best staff members several months back. After Charlie left, their customer service and quality went completely downhill. They would miss spots in the yard or miss service visits entirely without any notification, apology, or reimbursement. They also began showing up a day late for service without any apology or notice. I tried contacting them to respectfully work through a resolution, but they have been unresponsive to both phone calls/voicemail and email.

After I finally emailed them politely notifying that I'd like to cancel service, they apparently read it but didn't reply. They decided to abruptly stop providing service visits without any explanation, even though I already paid for the remainder of the month.

With all of that being said, there's plenty of other companies in the area that provide the same cleaning service. Find a different one that actually values their customers, business, and provides quality cleaning.

Adding this edit to my original review since I don't have an option to reply: the business stated that they have continued providing service on Tuesdays but that is simply not true. It's currently Wednesday and I have not had any service provided either yesterday or at all this week. The only way they could have provided service is if they didn't notify me, which they are supposed to for every visit. There's also slim chance I'd miss them in that case because I work from home, obviously with a dog (that barks at everything), and have cameras on my property to confirm that was not the case.

UPDATE: Regarding your response to my review, the past invoices were not paid because YOU GAVE ME NO SERVICES AND STILL CHARGED ME! You claim that you credited my account and made sure "everyone" was serviced within that holiday time frame but that doesn't negate the fact that out of 4 services in 1 month, I only received 2 and was still charged a $50 invoice! We can go back and forth all day, I have no problem with that but don't lie to cover your a**. As I'm happy to attach pictures of what our conversation ACTUALLY looked like! Showing within those emails, I even stated I had no problem paying for the services I actually DID receive! You took it upon yourself to waive those!

Original Review: I have had the exact same situation as Andrew F.

Charlie was amazing! ALWAYS on time, always communicating and never blew me off. Since then, service has been non existent. Promises of better service and weekly date of service.. which never happened. I received 2 services last month, and ZERO this month!

If they are as unorganized with their staff as they are their customers.. then its no wonder why Charlie quit!

I have recently hired a different service and so far, so good!!!

Phenomenal company. Customer service is great. You get texts when they are on the way and texts when they leave. Very responsive, super friendly, they do a thorough job, and rates are great too. Highly recommend!
