In my opinion one of the few colleges in which it is pleasant to study. It’s a nicely organized campus with a great location and fantastic staff. Professors and instructors are very knowledgeable and always happy to help if you have questions, which is so great, especially for a foreigner like me who sometimes struggles with a language barrier. Choosing a surgical technologist program here was a very good decision. The classes are well equipped and help you better prepare for a real world experience. Overall I would definitely recommend this college for anyone who wants to get a good learning experience.

Prior to entering into the program for ultrasound technology at the Miami lakes location, I did my research. This school is accredited and graduation rate along with job placement are high. The program prepares you for your career in every way that it possibly can. From the professors, to the curriculum, all set you up for success. The program is strict in the best way possible to keep the students on the path of greatness. The professors dedicate their time in ensuring that they educate with all of the information needed in order to begin our careers. If a student is struggling, the professors create time slots after school hours to aid us with studying and reteaching difficult information. Upon graduating, the staff also ensures that our resumes are up to par to obtain our first job. They also do everything in their power to place us in job positions. From beginning of the program till the end and even until today I have relationships with my professors who are now mentors. I highly recommend this school to any one who is ready to begin a new career and succeed with greatness.

Southeastern college was a very good experience the teachers that teach the ultrasound program was the best teachers I ever had. Because of there wonderful teaching skills. I was able to become a certified ultrasound tech. If you have a problem on a certain topic they stay after school to make sure you understand the topic. They take time out of there personal time to help you succeed and for that I’m forever grateful.

Go somewhere else for your RN.
Don't attend Southeastern College West Palm Beach; it's a bad institution for the RN program. I begin by noting that they will delay your escape at the green light. Exams are misplaced and are currently being proctored or monitored when they are not intended to. They've lost exam #2 and exam on dosage, both of which are crucial for passing this class. They better not ask the class to take dosage again. Because I will take legal manners into this institution. Is getting out of hand.

The one star is for the actual institution in Miami lakes. I didn’t like it. But for the DMS program it’s nice. The professor is helpful and knowledgeable and I feel I am prepared to scan given what I learned. Plenty of machines to practice on. Yes they are old but it’s good to learn on different machines. The clinical sites are good with great techs to teach you. Small class sizes are what got me through it. Super pricy so if you’re on a budget it’s not for you. $9000 a semester with 6 semesters. The program is good just the school not so much.

SEC is extremely welcoming from the moment you step foot into the doors, staff is helpful, motivating and inspiring! This college is like no other when it comes to their students. They do not treat you like just another number, you are truly an individual. The teachers in the nursing program are exceptional. As an SEC nursing program graduate I would highly recommend this college for anyone looking to pursue a career in a fast pace college. Don’t let fear stop you, nothing is standing in your way. Even when it comes to financial aid their staff is extremely helpful and provide many options. I am happy I took the step of signing up and attending SEC. Your career awaits you!

SEC really prepared me to sit for the NCLEX! Yes nursing school is not easy, but its manageable if you are willing to put the effort! Started in the peak of covid and had the pleasure of in person rotations. The professors are amazing! especially Professor Pillar and Powel and Bedu, Ruiz and Dr. Samuels and Fernandez! they really pushed and encouraged me everyday all the way to the end. Forever grateful for them! Thank you SEC for everything! #newRN

My sincere Thanks for all the hard work & dedication to the students from the entire staff of Southeastern College. My experience not only with all my instructors, Mr Ruiz, Ms Bedu, Ms Powell, Ms Pilar, but with the other staff; Ms Gloria with her cheerful attitude, the admissions department, the Dean to Ms Monica who is very persistent & helpful. A Great Nursing Program, a facility with new equipment… a great way to start a new career!
