Best avionics shop I've every worked with. Period. Jason and his guys really know their stuff, and they have the bench tools and past experience to do board-level avionics repairs.

Board-level repairs? Yep. I used to have an old classic Bonanza v-tail (1954 model, no less) and they found a bad transistor in the old original autopilot module, over sixty years old, and fixed it.

They know Garmin, King, L3... they know them all and have really treated me well.

Fuel is full service only, and they're only available from 7 am until 7 pm, but all the line guys and front office staff have always treated me well. Yes, there's cheaper fuel available at KZPH (which is where I usually buy mine) as well as at X60 (Williston), so if you're looking for cheap fuel, this ain't it.

Oh, and if you're a pilot looking for a great $100 hamburger, fly in here and walk the five minutes up to Ron's Roadside Grill across the street and about a 1/4 of a mile north; easy walk (once you cross US 41). Ask the staff about Ron's, they'll direct you!

5 months for a G1000 install that was supposed to be 8 to 12 weeks. I will say they did a nice job on the install and it has been pretty much bug free, but they botched the paperwork and didnt weigh the plane correctly. I had to get another shop to clean up the sloppy paperwork and re-weigh the plane. If they sorted out their customer service this place would be amazing. Until then you need to double check their work and expect zero service and communication during and after the job is done, even if you spent over $300k.

Nice organization, only using them because I'm doing a medical transport for my family. But overall, great experience. This is at tiny airport, so only medical or skydiving here or someone getting their hours in for their flight license. Recommend.

Flew in late Sunday evening, had a Hertz car pre arranged for our arrival. Unfortunately, the Hertz car was not there. Lindsay did an AMAZING job to assist us . She felt bad for something that had ZERO to do with her /American Aviation.
More FBOs need Customer Service like her. Thank you.

I called to get the pricing for the Instrument Rating, and the woman I spoke to obviously didn't know how to give any pricing that was meaningful in order to determine what the cost of the program would be (minimum, average, maximum). I mean, it was like talking to someone who wasn't capable or didn't care about a customer who was asking for information regarding flight instruction. That said, how can anyone be expected to put their trust or their money in an organization that sounds like it can't even tie it's shoes let alone provide an overview of the costs of the Program and what it entails. Very unprofessional!!!
