I've been living in Riviera Palms since 2012. Well located, friendly staff, quiet place...I'm not willing to move for now. It feels like home.

This was the worst place I’ve ever lived at. Run poorly and very unprofessional. Be aware of people that have nothing better to do but to watch everything you do and take pictures of nothing. And if you have a dog and the neighbors don’t like him be aware that they can make you get rid of it even after it’s approved on your lease. I should’ve sued them. And if you have deluxe realty as who you send your rent to or make maintenance request be prepared that one day when you leave and they will keep your security deposit. Don’t say I didn’t pre-warn you. They will find Any reason to keep your money and have done this to numerous people. I highly recommend not living here. We experienced so many miserable people in there. I would never give this place five stars. I don’t even want to give it one star but it won’t let me post my review unless I do
