BATS Taxi

Scheduled an early pickup and the driver did not show up. Thankfully a nearby Uber picked us up, but the driver did not even bother to call at any point to let us know he wouldn’t be there, completely left us out to dry.

Never used this service, never will. While I was driving, a minivan for this company, looks like vehicle number 15, was driving all over the road cutting people off at 6:30 a.m.
That pairs nicely with the non-functioning brake light. Stay away from this company.

He needs to be fired; he is rude and very inconsiderate. I work at a hotel, and the guest's brother had just died, and the guest was trying to get there asap. This jerk answers the phone and says, What is your problem calling this many times?"
How about having some compassion, dude? And lose your job because u obviously have no customer service skills.

I called at 12 pm to schedule a pick up to take me to work at 4pm. Got a confirmation text. Called at 410 to ask if they were on the way and they said no one was on the way to pick me up. UBER IT IS!!! don't waste your time if it's important

The only good thing that I can say is that the driver showed up at 4am for our early morning flight. Other than that, the experience was not great. The car smelled heavily of cigarettes and barely fit our luggage that we had told them we had while scheduling. They used a bungie cord to keep the trunk shut and we had to have other bags on our laps. We then got to the airport and we’re trying to pay when the drivers tablet wasn’t working. He finally got it to work then would take several minutes to type in our credit card info which the machine would say was incorrect. I asked him if he wanted me to help read the numbers while he was typing and he rudely responded, “No, that wouldn’t help at all. It would actually be way worse”. We’ve had other early morning flights in the area and had reliability issues with Uber/Lyft so that’s the only reason why we went this route. It was also double the price of those ride sharing options. We’re going to have to look for other options for future trips, wouldn’t not recommend.

My last experience with stinky driver made me not to call again. But I called today and got a guy named Joe. He was so pleasant and helpful with my grocerys. He is an asset to your company. Thanks Joe.

I called him early tonight to get a taxi, I couldn't understand anything the lady was saying and the the volume on the phone call sounded like she was talking from sitting in bed. She's very short she's very rude she wouldn't give me a time frame. So I tried calling back and then she kept hanging up on me she refused to answer my phone call, and said taxi was coming on the first phone call and I waited hour and a half in a taxi showed up. For service I will never use them again I will just use Uber instead. Thanks that's taxi we had a long relationship and now it's over with

Every time I'm on staycation, I rely on BATS because of their stellar service.
