The Palm Beach Synagogue under the spiritual guidance of Rabbi and Rebbetzin Scheiner and the Congregation is everything they say they are; warm and welcoming to all regardless of one's level of observance, There are many activities going on from minyamin , learning classes , and women's classes with the Rebbetzin. I quickly felt included even though I was just a visiting guest. The Palm Beach Synagogue exudes ' Chessed' and 'Ahavat Yisrael '!

I absolutely loved the synagogue and as a new person in town I felt really welcomed and at home. Thank you Rabbi and Rebbetzin Scheiner and family for being so sweet and kind.

I am looking to buy a 2 BR 2 bath walking to Shul. The Shul is in a great location and I hear wonderful things about the congregation.

This rabbi is closed minded and archaic in his thinking. He wanted nothing to do with my partner and myself and we felt very uncomfortable with how he shut us out. G-d needs to have a talk with him that we are all loved and welcome regardless of who we love. He's not what he appears to be.

If you are looking for a truly warm and welcoming environment to worship this is the one to join. If I the fact that it is orthodox turns you off, forget about it. While men and women are separated by a barrier (Machtzia) and the service is mostly in Hebrew, not a problem. The over Whelming reason it is not is Rabbi Shiner. He is the most amazing rabbi that I have ever met. He explains everything about the Torah portion explications are in English and his sermons receive standing ovations by the congregants. I had never seen that before I joined. Almost every one I have taken as my guest for Shabbat services has joined the synagogue. I have become a frequent attendee to Shabbat services. If you are near the synagogue driving is not a problem. Most people I have found who attend Shabbat services come as far as Boca Raton or Palm Beach Gardens. Manny who attend services and ultimately. Join the shul are snow birds. I right this review in the hope that more people who are in need of a synagogue or a wonderful Rabbi, can experience what I consider my only place to be for my spiritual needs.

Today a lot of emotional distress in my life and I didn't know where to turn to. I was doing some financial banking at the Bank of America and when I got out of the bank I noticed there was a Jewish temple I smiled and said God must have brought me here. I figured I would walk in and the rabbi would be open arms of love concerned about how I was feeling he didn't want to know nothing from me he was so worried about getting some kind of party started that he had no feeling for me. I ask him if I can talk to him he says no we are orthodox go down the street there's another Jewish temple. that made me feel horrible and saddened Then a A man of God would not give 5 minutes to time to somebody that was so sad and needed some spiritual help at that present moment. He could have been polite And just tell me please I'm busy stay here when I have a minute I will talk to you But he didn't and he just shunned me away, I left very sad but I said you know I just goes to show you how Jewish people nowadays only worry about themselves and don't worry about everybody as a family that's how I felt. My grandfather fought in World War in 1917 Sergeant Louie Philipson, My father sergeant Bernard Philipson, My mother Gloria Degenstein Phillipson brother my uncle Gerald Degenstein 22yr died got killed in Neice France A mortar shell hit him fighting against Hitler's army, to free Innocent people people the Jewish people and he died at 22yr fighting for freedom for all people. Because of my family and other families who sacrificed their lives for other people that that Jewish temple is standing there today that rabbi should be as disgrace and owes me an apology me an apology my family and other families risk their lives for freedom from the holocaust and he has no idea the rabbi how strong that is he would never be there without my family and other good people who fought against that war what did he do what did this rabbi do but shun me away.
