Hi I had a problem with my charging port which I assumed I have a Samsung S9 and when I went in the store I was greeted immediately with a mask which is great following safety protocol and Andres was very friendly asked for my phone asked what I thought was the issue and then tested it himself. Came back with a new original charging cable which was the problem. Now he could have been a crook and took my money and said it was something else. He was HONEST and told me exactly what the issue was saved me money and gained a forever customer which I will recommend him and the company to Family and Friends. It was great customer Service very knowledgeable and professional.

John was nothing but professional, helpful and courteous from my phone call asking about price & time to replace a cracked screen. John not only fixed my cracked screen but also replaced my old IPhone battery in 30 minutes!

More issues with my phone after “fixing it.” I have to get a new phone since their “repair.” Disgusting lobby..Bugs everywhere, layers of dust. Condescending owner. Was told I could get a refund if it will “make me feel better.” The tech was the only positive thing at that place. Too bad he is leaving the company..wonder why?

They use cheap ebay screens. I had to click extra hard on the screen for anything to work and now my phone lost all power to unbroken screen and now i have to pay an actual professional to fix it. Dont use these people

Had a good experience with them guy fixed my s22 ultra the same day when no one else could fix my LCD and my screen I forgot the guy name but anyone that has samsung or iPhone go here

Very great service, very reliable and very helpful. My phone charging port wasn't working and I was on the verge of choosing between buying a new phone or trying to get it fixed. The 2 people I met at Cellphone Fix Pro were helpful with the situation and informed me that they might be able to fix it. They gave me a solid quote and told me to come back in 2 hours. When I came back my phone was fixed and was back to charging fully again. These guys are pros and know what they're doing so hit em up if you need help with your phones.
