Family Center International Academy

The staff is very friendly and professional just amazing. My son loves the school, staff and his teachers! The cleanliness and overall look of the school is immaculate. They have become family to me. I would highly recommend Family Center to anyone who is looking for a good school for their child(ren).

Great daycare! My baby was 8 months when she started and she loves it. They are very accommodating when it comes to breastfed babies. She did not take a bottle before going there and they were very patient with getting her to take a bottle. I feel comfortable every day dropping her off because I know she is in good hands. The daycare is based on God’s principles and I love that about them. I do not compromise on where I place my children for daycare and I know with FCIA I made a great choice! Would definitely recommend.

I am a very endearing and sensitive mother for my two daughters, my adorable daughter has been attending this place for a few months, I miss her when she is not with me, but I am not too sad because I know how the teachers take good care of her. the place is clean, before entering it you have to take off your shoes, very attractive, the teachers are great, and they have the know-how. I greatly trust them. My three years old daughter can count in French, English and Spanish, and she learns a lot of things, letters etc ... and the director miss Dorothy, she is so nice this one. The foods, everything is exceptional .. my daughter is always excited to go there. do not hesitate to take your children, whatever their age. family center, excellence.

So glad we found a place for my 1 year old. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is amazing. The decor is so bright and colorful and it is always kept clean. I can tell that my daughters teacher cares for her as well as the Director. The director knows all the kids by name and has good relationships with every single child. They care and they treat your child like family. Thank you guys for taking good care of my daughter. It’s so hard to find great child care but we feel like this place is it!

I love this daycare! I've had all three of my children attend this Academy. They learn so much not only in English but also in Spanish, Creole, and French. Best decision I've ever made for my children's care and education.

The worst daycare ever, no customer service no one answer the phone when you called ( could you imagine if something happen at the school ) the teachers act like they don’t know English, I signed up to put my son at this place for 3 weeks I called visited the place, only the owners can sign kids up and take fees, however they NEVER THERE. The signed up paperwork’s you must pay for and it’s non refundable. Just ridiculous. Anyways my son is in another daycare, am super happy.

The daycare is beautiful and clean. It been there for just two years so it is expected. Dorothy the owner needs to bring attention towards her communication and accountability. Basically she provided me with the wrong color for the uniform in three separate occasions. The community Action Action purchase 100 dollars worth of the incorrect color. She never mention that she provides uniforms to purchase. Instead of meeting half way, she dismisses it. Her communication is disgusting . She need to take responsibility for her mistakes. For this reason I found another Daycare just as good if not better. We will see.
