Mr. Shell came to my home after I detected a leak under my kitchen sink. He arrived in a timely manner. He easily diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. We had an unexpected emergency but Tom Shell Plumbing saved us and we are so grateful. Our kitchen renovation required that the sink water lines had to be relocated. It required a substantial amount of work including jack hammering. The communication and professionalism was exceptional. The Plumber arrived spot on time as promised! He arrived in a like new service van sharply painted and with license for the business displayed.
The initial diagnostic was free and a set rate after we knew what a fix would involve.

Travis was very friendly and went well beyond what I was expecting from this service call. He moved old refrigerator, placed new refrigerator in kitchen and installed new water line for icemaker. We had a great conversation while he worked. He was very professional and took his time to make sure we were happy and had no issues. Will definitely use him again and will recommend his company.

My wife and I who are both disabled had a major plumbing problem or to us it was major as our toilet and shower were really backed up. We called Tom Shell plumbing and they came out same day and at the time that was quoted to us. Travis one of the most courteous and professional individuals got right to work. Had a pin hole leak in very hard to get to overhead copper water supply line. Travis arrived on time as scheduled by Samantha, the very friendly and knowledgeable young lady that answered my call. He didn't waste any time pin pointing the leak, gathering the materials he needed to make the repair and repairing the leak. He is a very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable young man. Rates are a bit pricey, and I hope Travis gets a fair share of the $$.

Zach was our tech he was realistic & did a great job. He did not try to sell us more products or work. But repaired our shower full faucet installation without issue. Our tec was prompt, kind and curtious, they went the extra mile. Not only did he do a amazing job he also corrected what we had done and gave us a few tips going forward. Most of all he was caring and truly did amazing work. You can tell he had integrity. I WOULD recommend him. We have all working and clean drains. Very fare pricing. Truly great service.
