The technician Kurt was great. He is very personable and knows what he's doing. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes! I was a little upset with the answering service due to calling the day before and being told that a technician would be at my home between 6-8pm. At 9:30 I finally called and then I was told that there dispatch decides when someone gets assigned to an issue. This was not what I was told when I talked to them. Kurt , however showed up the next day and was able to take care of it. He is the reason I am giving them 5 stars. Thanks Kurt!!!

I am a very satisfied customer of Patrick's HVAC service.
Our A/C died on a Wednesday night. I called their office at 7:30 the next day and Justin and Jose were here within 24 hours to install a whole new system. They were very professional and helpful with any question I had. Justin called the following morning to make sure the system was working well, which it was. Kurt, Justin and Jose came back for a follow up visit to complete some minor work. Patrick's had also installed our previous system many years ago. I can highly recommend this company.

Was having problems with my A/C and a friend recommended Patrick’s. Called them and they sent a technician the same day. He showed me and explained everything that was going on with my 11 year old unit. Main thing seemed to be the capacitor was bad but I should really think about getting a new more efficient unit. I ordered and installed new capacitor and thought that fixed things but had the same problem the next day. Got it running again but it completely gave out today, which is a Saturday. Called Patrick’s and was told a technician would be able to come over. They arrived after a few hours. I explained what was going on and they determined the motor was bad. They told me how much it would be to change the motor, but with everything else that was going on, I decided it would be best to get a new unit. They did not pressure me in to doing this and left it up to me what I wanted to do. They went over cost for each type of unit and provided discounts and said they could install it on Monday.
Throughout this whole process, everyone at Patrick’s, from the office staff to the technicians, have been very pleasant to work with. Everyone has apologized for us having to go through this with the temperatures being so hot. The technicians Shayne, Kurt and A.J. have been so courteous and have thoroughly explained everything. Looking forward to getting the new unit installed.

Every person I talked to from the receptionist to the technician was very professional. AJ went above and beyond to make sure we had our new AC unit installed as fast as possible. The guys that installed the unit did a great job. No issues at all, everything went super smooth. Definitely would recommend this company.

Have had multiple good experiences with this company- they are responsive and professional. A/C went out and Patrick’s quickly scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician Andy was courteous and straightforward, detecting and fixing the issue promptly. Will definitely call Patrick’s first again!

Shane was our first contact, he came out ran diagnostics and determined our unit could not be repaired. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. Then we talked with AJ and he was very helpful. Justin and Jose came out today and replaced our unit. They were very knowledgeable and very polite. My husband and I are very happy with our service and we will recommend this company to family and friends!!

As my luck would have it the AC would go out as soon as my husband left town for a planned trip, on a Sunday no less. Patrick's was the only AC company that actually had someone answering there phones on a Sunday. From start to finish was great service. Our tech,Shane was absolutely the kindest person and took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond by making sure none of the chemicals that were used were dumped somewhere that my dog could get into them and was very understanding of their needing to be pet every time he walked in. Patrick's will always be getting the first call for any of our AC needs and if ever needed for plumbing or electrical will be sure to give them a call for that as well.

Jose and Justin were very friendly and professional. They were on time, very knowledgeable of the system being installed and took the time to explain the whole system. Justin and Jose also took the time make sure that I didn't have any questions before they left. I am a 150% satisfied with the service I've received today.
