Douglas installed my new sink, faucet & disposer and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up everything after he was done & carried the old items out to the trash for me. He is so very pleasant and I can't wait to have him back to install my new dishwasher.

Doug was recommended to me for plumbing work I needed. I was very impressed at everything about Doug. He was prompt, courteous, clean, kind & very patient. He changed 4 shut off valves in my house. He then went to my mother's house which is a very old home & needs lots of maintenance. Doug could have taken advantage of us but didn't. He recommended only what had to be done because of current leaks & suggested to call as needed with other obvious issues that will come up. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone.

What a professional company to work with. Douglas installed my RO water system including drilling a hole in my granite counter top. He responded to my calls in a timely manner, was super easy to co-ordinate a convenient time to get the work done, did what he said he would do and offered referrals for other work I needed to have done. Douglas responded to my request for service on a water heater. He arrived promptly, and did a very professional job. Having determined that a faulty part was probably the culprit, he contacted the mfg. who confirmed the needed fix. The unit is under warranty, so the part is enroute as we speak.
