I've used Prime Plumbing in the past (5 years ago) so when I had an issue today that was outside of my capability, I knew who to call. Within an hour Tracy B called to tell me he was on the way to help with a pump out. Although it was raining, Tracy worked hard and fast. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and an awesome guy!! When he finished he made sure that my issue was rectified before cleaning up and gave me some good info on how to keep my septic system operating correctly. Thanks again Tracy and Prime Plumbing!

Have used Prime Plumbing a couple times now and have had very quick responses and quality work both times. Called yesterday morning and Nick came out yesterday afternoon. He was professional, polite, and informative. Would recommend Prime Plumbing based on my experiences with them.

Sean came on time and did an excellent job with our outdoor plumbing. Clearly very knowledgeable and honest. Took the time to save our grass when he had to dig for pipes. Let us know what was happening every step of the way, and took time to explain to me in a way I could understand. Great experience!

I asked Prime Plumbing to run a separate water line for my refrigerator because the one I had was not doing the job. They sent Zach, who did a thorough assessment and agreed that’s what we needed. They set a price, set an appointment, and showed up on time. While running the separate water line Zach asked questions about one of the things he noticed during the assessment (needed to connect an existing direct line to my espresso machine). I explained the issue and he said he had the items in his van to fix it. I asked him to proceed and he fixed that in short order! I’m so happy with the service they provided I could do a jig! A little expensive (only a little), but you get what you pay for. Both items are now fully operational. Definitely worth it.

I called Prime Plumbing about a backup at one of our rentals they were able to come out same morning I called. Michael showed up at the time he was supposed to he is very through and let me know each step he was taking. Communication was top notch. He found the issue as to why the sewer was backing up and fixed it on the same day. I would recommend Prime plumbing. Thank you for the prompt service. You are our new plumbing company.

The plumber was very professional and knew his job well. He was respectful and really friendly. We were sticker shocked because the price was double what we had been quoted by another plumber and had found online. But he was able to do the job in a few hours with no hidden cost so we went with their company.

Nick M was very good & professional. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, and did a great job! He was friendly and courteous. Nick and Michael were both so professional and helpful. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and so was the new toilet install. New customer for life, I won’t use anyone else. As a single woman, I also felt super comfortable with both of them in my home. Those men deserve a raise! Highly, highly recommend!
