Clean and honest. That's all I received from the staff at Paul stein. From the managers to the techs. Hard working and clean. Impressive in every way. They were on time did the work in time schedule and very fair prices. Couldn't have asked for a better company to go with for my plumbing needs. Their 24 hour service is timely and also fairly priced. I have used other plumbing companies on Marco Island. Paul stein plumbing is by far the best.

Called Paul Stein Plumbing after noticing the water heater was leaking in the garage. We recently purchased the house and were not sure of the age of the water heater. We were thinking worse case and that the water heater would have to be replaced. We were not looking forward to the unexpected expense.
The serviceman, Leo, arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time of appointment. He was very polite and personable. He inspected the water heater and indicated that it was only three years old. He diagnosed what was causing the leak (a rusty nipple) and replaced it saving us the cost of installing a new water heater.
It's nice to find an honest, reliable contractor. We will be using Paul Stein Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs/projects!

Happy with the overall service with Paul Stein on Marco. We are alway worried about price especially on the "needs fixed now" plumbing jobs and we believe Paul Stein has overall been very fair. Owner Paul is in the field and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Thanks for keepin' it real!

I would give this business -1 stars, they sent an incompetent installer, he ruined our garbage disposal and could not complete the job. He spent more time in his truck than in our house. I would never call them again and would recommend that anyone thinking of using them reconsider

Very rude technician worked in our condo association today.
The techician very rude to my husband in the parking lot with witnesses observing the situation. Husband called to report to office-they apologized. Hopefully, tech learned how to project a better image for this company.

The team arrived on time, performed the job perfectly, and on budget. Would recommend highly. Had toilet replaced, shower valved replaced, and hot water heater installed. 2.5 hours, great!

Changed my sick amd faucet amd came out great… did a very good job. Happy to recommend them
