American Patriot Long Range Fishing

Made arrangements with American Patriot Capt Ralph for 20 anglers from the Marco SportFishing Club for a four day Pulley Ridge deep drop trip. Perfect in every way. The cleanliness of the boat, helpfulness of the crew, the quality of the food and skill of the chef, and the abundance of fish the Captain put us on. Couldn’t ask for a better trip, can’t wait to get back on board.

First rate operation, boat is kept in like new condition, clean, and spacious. The level of customer service is amazing for a fishing boat. Every crew member from the trainee to the chef to the captain were all friendly, approachable, and helpful. There were a couple beginners on the trip and the mates made sure they caught fish, even tying their rigs for them. They all worked extremely hard to make sure we had a great trip. I grew up fishing the San Diego fleet which is arguably the best in the country, and the overall American Patriot experience was better than just about any of the boats I've been on before. I would recommend this boat to anyone from beginners to experienced anglers.

Took a 4 day to pulley ridge and it was by far the best offshore experience I have had. Crew was excellent, food was amazing, bunk room comfortable and showers/bathrooms were clean and fully functional. We loaded with fish and had a great time. I will be booking a trip every year!

I have nothing but praise for the boat, the captain and the entire crew. The boat is spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The food was outstanding from breakfast to dinner everyday. The fishing was better than I had expected. The Captain has the entire trip very well organized from boarding to fishing to disembarking. The fish distribution is quick and efficient and even includes cleaning for a small fee. I want to give a shout out to the crew for their help and support. Joe and Captain Ralph, thank you for your help and mutton catching tips. Sara, you went out of your way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Mike, thanks for coaxing the big grouper out of it's hole for me. I'll be back.

Just returned from my second trip aboard the American Patriot and everything was top notch. The boat is extremely clean and the entire staff work so hard to make sure that you have an easy, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Big shout out to Mark who was a deckhand on both of my trips, and Sarah. Can’t forget to talk about the food. The chef on this boat goes above and beyond. The food is top notch and is prepared fresh everyday. Every meal is different you aren’t just eating burgers and hot dogs for every meal. I can’t recommend this trip enough and it just goes to show why they are booked out so far. If you have a chance to make it out on this boat don’t think about it just do it!

Headed out on a gag grouper trip over the thanksgiving holiday weekend and wanted to share a bit about the boat . First off the accommodations are first class, from how clean the boat is to how great the food is to bunk space and showers . Also wanted to add how hard the Captain works to put you on the fish! Captain Mike was moving us around constantly keeping us on a steady bite . He is friendly and knowledgeable and I even had the pleasure to fish next to him for a bit and he’s a heck of a captain . If you bring the right gear and you listen to the great mates they will put you on some monsters !! Caught 10 Ars snappers all close to or above 20lbs. Already booked my next trip and am counting down the days !!!

Everything we experienced was first class from the mates, to the meals, to the knowledgeable captain. Accommodations were just right for any angler. We caught some good fish and had a great time. We won’t be back on the yankee captain now that we have found American Patriot as this was a much better experience!! Thanks Capt Ralph and Nikki!!

Overall Funtastic experience. I wish I could give 10 stars. I've been on lots of fishing boats up and down the east coast and by far this is the best experience so far. This was a 4 day Pulley Ridge trip. Special thanks to Captains Ralph and Nicky and mates DJ, Mark, Nick and Josh and excellent Chef Mike that made the whole trip a wonderful experience all around. Very well run operation and the price was worth every penny. I can't say enough good things about this crew.I will definitely be back for several more trips.
