Luke promised he would get my drain field changed that night for a flat rate. His team showed up with all the tools to do the job and worked all night to get it done as promised. These guys are great!

I had an awesome experience with luke at B&f septic . He was very knowledgeable and personable and explained whatever I didn't know about the drainage field and what I needed done.. We called for a quote and the same week it was done.He Sent pictures throughout the job so I could see what they did. I am grateful he got us done in one day right before a hurricane with his busy schedule. Would definitely recommend B&f for any septic services.

Quick response to voicemail, set appt & called prior to arrival to assess job, called prior to arrival on day of job (and arrived on time!), the entire crew was friendly, respectful, informative as to what they were doing, and cleaned up after job was completed. If only other folks that provide home maintenance services would be even half as good as Luke & crew, home owning would be so much easier!

Bf septic they do jobs off the books they have no permits for jobs and it will only last about a year if you are lucky enough. They don't even answer for a warranty work. this is not how you do a dreamfield it needs to be farther apart. his is just a scam artist who what's money

Luke’s team is AMAZING! Fast, friendly service and his workmen even educated me on a bunch of septic system info! Had a new system in 3 hours!

I had Luke install 2 septic tanks, one earlier this year and now, the end of the year. I highly recommend him. He’s a decent business person and will follow through from A-Z. I highly recommend and I am a tough reviewer.

Called to have my septic tank pump but didn't answer so I thought he was close since it was the weekend but he called me back within seconds. Luke was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was happening to my septic before I told him what was wrong. So he told me that I need it a drain field installed and he was right. My drain field was collapsed due to how it was built. He and the crew came the same day I called and they finished within 4 to 5 hrs like he promised. They were very communicative with every step they were doing. He used the current tech to make sure this won't happen for another 20 years or more. I would recommend B & F Septic to everyone.

I called B & F on black Friday and the owner Luke answered promptly. I explained what problem I was having and he gave me an honest explanation of what we could do to fix it and a fair cost. He said he could have a crew out in a day or two to perform a drain field replacement of my septic system. He called me back a few hours later to let me know they could get out there that same night and do the job. The crew arrived and were professional and quickly had the job completed. The equipment they used was new and very quiet which my neighbors appreciated since the job was being done in the evening. Owner Luke came by to inspect the job which I appreciated as well. This is the only company I will use from now on for septic repairs and installations.
