I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. First time using pharmacy since it is closest to where I live. Instant regret. They took my credit card for payment and they have a very bad system where they do not place it back in your hand after charging it, they put it a bag with the items. The pharmacist never put my card back in the bag and when I got home and untied the bag that was tightly closed I noticed my card was no where to be found, I checked the bag for rips, there was none. At that time the pharmacy was already closed. I called the next day and they said they could not find the card and that they did not have it. After talking to the manager she said she would check the cameras. I waited a day and called back, she said she called and left a message on my phone, another lie she told as she did not leave any message or call me back and said sorry you have to cancel your card. The whole pharmacy is a mess and full of a bunch of irresponsible human beings. Absolutely horrible to lose a persons credit card and have no care about it. What a huge headache and a nightmare this has been. Run as fast as you can from here. I would rather drive 50+ miles to different pharmacy i if I had to instead of dealing with this horrible place.

Short staffed and not adequately trained, but the workers do try to please customers. They lack the thorough technical knowledge needed to be efficient, but it’s probably because they don’t have time to learn due to short staffing.

Corporate needs to provide more support and training to the employees so that they can better serve their customers and bring more profits to the store.

Had a prescription sent here 1 week ago, and again today they never received it. Either there is an issue with training or leadership incomptence. We will never use cvs pharmacy again. Complain placed with corporate, I am sure nothing will be done. I have at least express our disatisfaction with this inadiquate pharmacy chain.

The pharmacy at 1200 state road 7 is terrible! They never even answer the phone. I’ve been on wait for more than 30 mins multiple times and have had to hang up and drive there instead.

I am surprised at CVS. I have Covid and my doctor sent a prescription to Publix. Publix called me right away to let me know they dont carry it but CVS does and the just need to contact them to have the prescription transferred. I tried to call CVS but was on hold for ever. I ended up driving to CVS and was told their phone hasn't worked for a while and that the transfer will take 48hrs. I really could use this medication and CVS does not seem to care.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. I am forced by my insurance company to use CVS for my prescription even though I have always preferred Walgreens. I am also forced by my insurance company to fill it at a 90 day supply. I have done this for years. They filled my latest prescription incorrectly as a 30 day supply instead of the 90 day supply prescribed by my doctor and as directed by the insurance company that they own. I called to inform them of their error. They would not listen and the woman actually hung up on me. I hope they don't kill anyone by incorrectly filling prescriptions. By the way, the store itself is dirty. Run, don't walk from this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.

Zero stars! They’re so slow so unorganized and they never never ever ever pick up their pharmacy phone. We waited in line for over 45 minutes and our prescription still wasn’t ready from when they said it would be hours ago. We were asked to turn around wait back in line another 25 min. We left and five minutes later got a text saying it was ready .. her name is Tamara or Tamia I don’t know but I am filling a formal complaint with this store and these employees. We come here because either we are sick or our kids are sick and need medication ASAP ….. you guys need to step it up!!!!!

The drive-thru line is a complete joke. It took 45 minutes for me to pick up my prescription yesterday. That is totally not acceptable. They need more help in the pharmacy. Not only that when you walk in to do your business the line inside is just as long. Please fix this the rest of the store is very clean and well organized but the pharmacy needs help hire some more people
