Nathan in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and kind when my family and I were in need of getting Covid tests. It was refreshing to have someone who made eye contact and smiled and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience as so many other places do.

I am highly impressed with the staff and the pharmacy here.. The pharmacist Jennifer reached out a week after my medication was changed changed and did a follow up to make sure that I wasn't having any complications.. I'm speechless my own physicians office doesn't even do that. Totally made me feel important and brought back to old school feeling of the way people cared for each other way to go Jennifer Walgreens Belleview

Walgreens doesn't always have everything you need. Sometimes shelves are kinda empty but service at the register is always friendly. However I do not recommend their pharmacy under any circumstances.

Pharmacy and management are a joke. I needed to buy an otc medicine that they refused to sell me saying their system is down. They could not offer any solutions for me to aquire the medicine nor would they tell me any place else i could go to get it stating it was a statewide problem with the system and nobody could sell it to me. I went right up the street from them to the winn dixie pharmacy and bought it without issue. Walgreens just doesn't care about their customers.

Clearly Ocala Health Care Specialist of Belleview and Belleview Walgreens pharmacy staff do not communicate I have been without blood pressure medicine for 2 days and all I have received is a run around… if you hate your job quit before your insincerity kills somebody!

Called multiple times to get a prescription. Couldn't get through to an actual person. Line just rings then goes dead. Finally got someone on the phone around 440pm. They don't have the medicine in stock! Said they'd call me back and let me know where I can pick up the medicine. I call back at 453 pm get put on hold immediately and then the line rings again and no one picks up. So now my daughter still doesn't have the medicine and all pharmacies are closed.

Update... received a call stating a couple pharmacies also didn't have it and others are closed. Will have to try tomorrow... Not sure why pharmacies don't notify patients or guardians when a specific medicine is not available or try to contact the physician.

Nice people. However, cleanliness of store is in need of good cleaning moreso the floors and corners filthy with dirt and debri...For a huge company like Walgreens, especially during a pandemic being an RX store, our health/cleanliness should be a top priority despite all the people coming in. As far as prescription refills...always slow... we recommend trying PillPak...share that with your Dr's for faster
prescription refills...delivered faster and less hastle. Be well and take care.

Walgreens has lost the only good thing about them. Guaranteed your meds won't be ready even though they called and texted, they won't tell you when things are out of stock and will make you go weeks between your prescription.
The only thing they've had going for them was a good crew. Most of the regulars are gone and Tristan had no problem telling me since I've been coming in for the last 5 days to get my "ready" prescription I can "gladly take my business elsewhere".
Pharmacy manager Nathan would not comment on this and store manager Michelle was unconcerned. If you can't give decent service at least have decent people working. Ihappilly moving my prescription st Mary's in Clearwater who never miss a refill and remember their patients. They'll mail you the scripts too!
