Great pharmacy staff, 100% better than Walgreens or CVS

Is not part of myself to come to quickly conclusions but after 6 months trying the Pharmacy services, I came to a simple realistic realization: Where is the human touch? The pharmacist is always behind the computer and the auxiliary force seems like old car sales people. The question "do you have any questions" followed by a quick brush out. Interaction with clients are not sincere or spontaneous.
The ability of “active listening” to understanding is limited to empty replies, definitively they do not listen to understand, but just arguing.
In the end we are just the clients. Right?

Super friendly staff. Went in to get my booster shot today. I showed up 45 mins early and they attended me fairly quick :)

spoke with Matt from customer support regarding vaccines. He was knowledgeable and spoke clearly and concise.
