Publix Pharmacy at Indian Harbour Place

This pharmacy has some of hardest working, honest and caring staff I’ve have ever seen in a pharmacy. Their great service is consistent at every visit and it is a good feeling knowing that you’re in good hands.

Terrible customer service from the women I’ve dealt with here. Won’t follow up with insurance. Long lines. Prescriptions not ready when they are supposed to be. I’m not retired. My time is valuable to me.

Super people did all the work for me transferring my prescriptions efficiently and courteously.

Always friendly and helpful. Pharmacist answers any questions and is well informed. Lines are sometimes long but they move people through as quickly as they can. Since I work for a living and not retired, my time is valuable to me.

Excellent and friendly service!!! My pharmacy closed at Lake Washington Publix and after terrible service at Post Road Publix, I switched to this one. I’m very happy there.

I was in your store about 7:15 this am.
Gentleman in frozen foods went out of
his way to help me. Young man stocking
coffee had a great sense of humor about
moving his cart so I could reach the coffee.
Everyone I interacted with was pleasant.
Too often we complain and forget to
complement.

I never write reviews but I have to write one for Cynthia (behind the front desk at the pharmacy) who gave me the best service I’ve ever gotten from any store ever
