Publix Pharmacy at Eustis Village

Love this Publix location, but after two visits to the Pharmacy, I will no longer shop here. The Pharmacist (She) was very rude, impatient, & declined to fill my prescription, yet my regular Publix I also go to, did fill it right away.

My prescription was sent over to this Publix before 8am, yes I had Dr's appt at 0730 and he renewed my prescription over the internet. I called about 730pm and they said that since it was a maintenance drug they would fill it tomorrow. WHAT? Why not fill the prescription on the day it is ordered.

She then asked me if I needed it tonight, I said no, and tried to explain that my next dose wasn't needed until the next morning and she hung up on me mid sentence. Her name was Burk or something, couldn't understand her.

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I’ve used, I switched because my doctor recommended them. I take controlled medication. In the past, other pharmacies I’ve used have humiliated Me, looked down upon, looked at with suspicion and have staff has embarrassed me in front of customers, all out blatantly rude people at Walgreens in Mt Dora and CVS in Target just to name a few. This Publix pharmacist and the staff have always treated me with respect, always answer any concerns and questions, and are extremely nice down to earth people which is difficult to find especially when your on the medication I take. Thank you Publix pharmacy staff for treating me with the dignity and respect every patient deserves.

Every single time I come here to pick up a prescription, I'm met with excuses on why it's not ready yet. Today, a prescription that was sent to this pharmacy on MONDAY (today is Thursday so 3 days ago), had still not been filled. The reason? The pharmacist said that the order had just came in and was still in the box. Why is this the excuse every time I come here? I always call first and am told it will be about an hour, sometimes 3-4 hours. I wait however long they tell me then go to the store, only to be told every time that it will be another hour. "If you have any shopping to do, you can do that and come back in an hour". It seems to me like they're telling people this to drum up more business for the store.

Best Publix pharmacy I have ever used. Very accommodating. Due to physical problems they always allow who ever I call and give them a name to pick up my proscriptions.

Transferred our prescriptions to this Publix. They were so accommodating to get our medicine in our hands quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and willing to help!

This pharmacy is a joke. They will come up with any excuse to not fill a prescription that is for a controlled substance, and stare at you like you're a criminal for just trying to get a legitimate prescription filled.

All the staff and especially the pharmacist are exceptionally kind and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough!
