West Atlantic Compounding Discount Pharmacy

Would have given NO stars but it wasn’t and option. Dropped prescription off on a Friday and gave them my Payflex card. Pharmacist said that I had to pay in advance. She ran my card. Inferred that I had paid in full. Said it would be ready by 10am on Monday. It was not. Picked up prescription Monday afternoon. Another pharmacist said I had not paid. They ran my HSA card again. The card was rejected. I have over $6,500 in this account. Had to use personal credit card. Pharmacist said this is not the first time this had happened. Many of other options. Store is conveniently located 5 minutes from my house. Will not be using them again.

This pharmacy advocated for me the entire day when CVS refused to transfer my prescriptions or honor my drug plan for emergency meds. West Atlantic Pharmacy was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and thank them immensely for maintaining a human aspect to how they conduct business. Many thanks!

We had a prescription that needed to be compounded. They had the item in stock and filled the order quickly. We will certainly use them again.

Pharmacist Linda went above and beyond to get my compounded RX to me within an hour! She had to get one of the ingredients from another store which she did before I got there! Amazing!
