Publix Pharmacy at Coral Landings II

’m shocked at the way my family and I have been treated at this pharmacy. First I called them just to make sure they had my prescription on file since we just switched to this pharmacy and they said no you’re doctor has to call and I told them my doctor has called you 3 times and they said rudely back “well they need to call back when it’s time.” You can’t just keep my prescription on file? Then my dad went to go bring in a prescription. Yes we knew it was early but just for them to hold it and not fill it. We would lose it and just to make sure they had it. it was THROWN back at him and said no it’s too early. We knew that. So disrespectful and rude

Excellent pharmacy staff. Actually review and care before handing out potential conflicts. Highly recommend

My doctor prescribed one medication, I called and they don’t have records of me .
I went 3 days later ,medications ready my records is there for a miracle. They never call me to let me know .
The older white woman pharmacy technician is very rude , discriminated people . She need to be removed .
I don’t recommend this Publix at all.

The best pharmacy I've ever been to,Lynn Tracy are two very good pharmacists, and David and the girls that work their are so kind.If I could give them more stars I would.I love each and everyone of you thanks for all your help.

I lost a prescription and they were very nice to help me go through the process to replace it. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with had a true caring spirit.

Matthew in the pharmacy was excellent. Very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He gave me my covid vaccine and I felt nothing. Extremely professional and friendly. He even put all my shot information on one card when the other pharmacy Tech working there said she couldn't do anything with it because it was from CVS. He is an excellent employee and it was nice to see someone who values customer service.

Awesome people & Great service. This is our favorite Food Store. The young baggers and cashiers are SO nice! The Pharmacy is great too !!
