I parked in Valet in Atlantic City and my car had to be towed out of valet garage transmission was blown. Either wild driver slamming gears or wreck less driving Car was excellent before giving it to valet driver Cost me $1400 for a used transmission and they wouldn’t help me. Filing at small claims today

Broke Key @ Atlantic City Hard Rock Hotel was told at the time they broke it they will pay for new one to get me out of there and will be resolved in 10 days well its 12 days later and now they claim key has been broke when arriving and I'm beat typical scam should have left that car in a drive and let ya figure it out.

I worked with Seminole exchange for nearly a year and a half doing valet at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood FL from summer 2021 to fall 2022. I must say the company was great to me. Corporate/upper management was very friendly and our interactions always felt friendly and personal without sacrificing the decorum you would expect from solid leadership. During my tenure any issues in the workplace were approached on a case by case basis and handled appropriately once the details had been understood. The I could go on endlessly about how pleasant it was to work with the team and how I felt as though I was part of a real team rather than a group of people who just show up to work because they have to. There is some real care for the individual in this company. I can’t highly recommend them enough. Working with managers on the property like Lisa, Rupert, Louie, Aaron, Ann Marie, Chris, Sally, Anna, and Philip was probably the best workplace experience I’ve had to date. 5/5 stars
