I wanted to take the time to thank the entire Florida Car Brokers team. I must admit that initially I was a little apprehensive, but I met a team of professional, with Gary and his wife.
Despite my difficult situation, they managed to find me a great deal. They sold me a VW Tiguan TSI 4 Motion, from 2014, with less than 52K miles for $ 11900
They were able to find me a financing adapted to my situation and also with the amount that I wanted for my monthly payment. In less than 24 hours the loan was accepted and the car ready to go! Finally it was fast. The car is in perfect condition .... My wife and I are satisfied
I will probably come back for a second vehicle ... why not!

Will like to say that my experience with Florida Car Brokers was second to none, great service, everyone there was super nice,
Dealing with Gary, Tim & Tali was a pleasure, no pressure selling, as well as, fast service,
Lots of flexibility when it comes to the landing institutions, got approve in 20 minutes, but, after that They went the extra mile to fine me a better approval with another of the lenders they work with, making my monthly payment and interest rate a lot lower than the first approval. Now that’s great service if you ask me. By the way! I decided after dealing with them for a few hours, that I would have to think it over before I made the decision to buy, and even still they understood and gave me the time to think without making a negative remark. All I can say is, that if you looking to buy a car give them the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed!

Good evening,

In February I bought a car from Florida Car Brokers. The license plate arrived and they contacted me at the first of April. Due to Covid issue, I advised them I would get it to them by the end of the month. I receive a pension that wasn’t interrupted.
I contacted them on May 4 and paid the amount. I received my tag today. During this time, this company has been sending different amounts to my credit card company. I was just able to see the last two on my online statement, however the lady at the call center said there were many ranging in various amounts. I contacted the owner (Gary) and he just blew me off and hung up on me. I never authorized them to use this card for this. I paid a deposit that they demanded on the car using this card when I filled out an application. If I had not have caught this who knows how much money they could have stolen from me.

I went on line to post a review and there are other complaints of them taking money. One man stated they wanted a $2500 deposit. He never heard back from them. I feel you should investigate this company for other fraudulent activities. My credit card company is getting back with me to let me know if they actually received any money from my accounts. If this is true, I will follow this email filing theft and fraud charges against Florida Car Brokers. I will also be sending this to the consumer division of the State Attorney General.

This fake company is a scam. I've reported these con artist to FCC & Better Business Bureau. They stole $2,500 from my account for a 07 BMW that I never received. Gary & Tim stated it would be shipped & run credit report never happened. Do not do business with these crooks. Run fast as your can.

Bad experience, I spent almost $4000, to fix my CAR. I bought a 2003 Diesel excursion on line based on the information and advertising provided by this company. Gary offered to deliver in Tampa, however i decided to pickup at one Saturday and i drove to South Florida, Even that Gary seems nice guy and treated well over there, when I begun drive back to Tampa area, big surprise, this car was in bad shape, 1)lights not working 2)turning signal not working, 3)breaking lights not working 4) Air conditioning not working 5) suspensions issues 6)breaks issues-hard to stop, This company mislead my decision to buy this car and jeopardized my family's safety. HIS EXCUSES is that i went to pickup this car on weekend and he didn't have his mechanic available. well, if you advertised a product to sell you should have a inspected and fixed already. also on the beginning of conversation, he told to drive back 400 miles, seems that easy, missing days of work and time and money. <
These are just a couple but there are others. The Better Business Bureau doesn’t even have their correct address. They operate from a ware house so they probably move a lot. The latter of the two reviews, was similar to me. They list everything perfect on the car then with in days things happen. The delivery scam they did on me as well. I could not pick the car up there it had to be delivered to me in Orlando. This is very suspect and needs to be investigated. I accepted that as a lesson, but the fraudulent credit card activity is illegal.

We came to get a car from here, we had a great experience. They have a lot of knowledge and we had a great time talking to them. Super nice and clean place and we got a great deal on the car. You won’t regret this !

The place is a total scam. Gary sells cars that have been in accidents, sends to Macco for a quick coat, bandaids it together and puts on lot selling for ridiculous amounts. I purchased a car from him that started falling apart the day I drove off his lot. Unfortunately I was in a tough spot and had no other choice than to be extorted by this shady used car hole. THAT is his market. People in a tough spot and he takes full advantage of them. So..... the car is not drivable and sits in back of my office totally useless and I still have a payment. All I can do is sell it for parts once paid off. Stay far away from this place. It has the word "Shady" all over it!!! UPDATE!! I ran in to someone that had purchased a car from these scammers just as I did and experienced the EXACT same thing. Problem after problem and Gary would not even take his calls nor help with any repairs. BE AWARE PEOPLE!! And again I have learned of another scam by this company. Sold someone I know another lemon. Unfortunately I was not able to help them before purchase. This place needs to be shut down once and for all! Gary is a total scammer!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE this place is still scamming/selling cars. They need to be shut down by the state. Ill be sure to pursue helping do so in any way possible. Flat out scammers!!

Worst car buying experience ever, do a favor for yourself and stay away from this dealer. All their cars have major problems that they never disclosed to their Customer. I bought a vw Jetta from them for over 7k with engine need to be replaced. Call them more than 10 times and I was told I bought AS IS. Please stay away
