Terrible experience. They need to hold their partner hotels accountable to the terms presented. We waited for nearly an hour. Several other shuttle bus drivers even stopped and asked what's going on, as they did several pickups and drop offs in the time we waited.

I was not told shuttle driver had gone home for evening. Had to get Uber solo female. Not what I expected. Hotel offered refund . Three inches of water in the park lot. Drenched did not get refund.

Do not use this company. I booked a parking space with this company online, payed the charges and received a confirmation of payment an location of parking lot, however when I arrived to the location. It was a totally different company, but the phone number was the same. I called customer service and notified them of the situation and was put on hold for almost 45 min and no response from them.
I Missed my flight because of this. When I called them the following day. they wanted a receipt from another parking lot that I may have used, so they could possibly refund my money. What a JOKE!!!!. I sent emails to them on to this day no response. PLEASE Don't USE THIS COMPANY.

Total scam!!!. The hotel host said all parking spots were taken. There were plenty free. Would not honor our receipt and so we had to park somewhere else and pay again. No chance of a refund. Customer service is a joke. Stay away!!!

They still owe me $175 not even mention how much they let me suffer. They transferred my order one day before the leaving. The new parking lot refused to let me in because they had no space. Last minute, I drove around LAX before our plane taking off. Even LAX on site parking need advance reservation. I ended up find the Parking Spot with paying $268 for five days. And Global Parking refused to compensate me the difference. I will never forget the desperate feeling that I drove my panic family on Christmas Day around LAX.

Save yourself a lot of grief and never do business with this company! Anyone giving any more than the one star mandatory for posting a review has never used this fraudulent business. They booked and charged us for a lot that does not exist. Then, when we were forced to look for another lot so we wouldn't miss our flight, their online system double charged us. So now we are out over $100, beyond the $70 we legitimately paid for parking. And when we tried to resolve these issues, we were only able to talk to a call center in India (with people whose accents made them unintelligible) who only gave canned answers that did not even correspond to the issues we were raising. There is no way to contact the owner and no other employees listed anywhere. Bad news all the way around!!

Global Airport Parking doesn't care about customer service, their interest is only in getting the intermediary fee they are minting. I had two issues on parking reservation I made.
During the Xmas eve 2022 winter storm flight disruptions, I had to drive from Atlanta to Orlando to get on a flight. When I went to the parking lot at about 1am after driving 6 hours, the parking attendant tells me they don't have spaces although I found a parking space and parked my car. I called Global and the only customer service agent they seemed to have no interest in helping me. Instead of talking to their parking partner, she told me she can cancel my reservation and refund the money, not even thinking for a minute about what I would have to do next.
On the return flight, when I arrived at Orlando airport at 12 midnight and sent a message for shuttle pickup, the shuttle never arrived. Found that there were several other passengers who were waiting at the airport for hours and the shuttle never came. We finally decided to pool for taxis and paid $20 each to go to the parking place. The parking attendant told us that their driver didn't show up. I called Global again and the same customer service agent's response was that shuttles are complementary service and they don't provide any guarantees for that. I want to find out how many customers will park at these sites if there is no shuttle provided. Global airport parking customer service is rather no customer service.

I work for motel 6 Austin north we do not offer this service and as far as my bosses know no motel 6 in aust does. Please make sure you call the hotels before finishing your reservation.
