Nice little riverside park to view sunrise and a little wildlife. Has small playground, picnic tables, gazebos and dock.

Cute lil park my daughter loves exploring all the parks in Brevard county with her children! Great place for a lil birthday party! Near there water,nice and cool!

. There's an area to picnic, a couple trash cans to keep the place clean. There is a small play gym with slides and climbing wall for the kids, and two small swings one for little tots and one for bigger kids. You can walk out onto the pier and fish off the end if you wish. It's fenced in from the highway and directly off us1, easy to miss if you don't know where it is. There isn't much parking space, only about 10 spots.

Its a nice place to meet up with friends or have a quick birthday party but the tables were broken and rusty pieces laying around. There are no bathrooms and the water was kind of polluted. Dead fish, trash, etc.

Great little park with a bench and picnic table, limited shade and great views. It’s well kept and clean!

This park is along the East side of US 1 just south of the Pineda Causeway. The parking lot has about 8 parking spaces and no other room. There is a ramp down to the walkway and the playground. The playground is to the north side (straight ahead) when coming down the ramp. The walkway to the right leads off to to a covered dock. The view is very pretty of the river and the land across the water. It is a very pleasant place to just enjoy the water, to fish or watch the birds. It is a hidden gem for the area.

Great park. Realky is. I just wiah you were allowed to use the river to swim there. But its very nice clean and in a great location.

Billy loved his trip to the park, went a little too hard on the swing set though. Also we almost died trying to get into the parking lot. 10/10 would visit again.
