Tires Plus

Help me with getting the lowest price on trailer tire in brooksville, fl. and gave me a veterans discount, so very fast start to finish 15 minutes, nobody does that anymore, friendly staff, clean waiting room, out side was also, save environment.

I have been a customer here for the past 7 years. The word that best describes this business for me is Consistency! Considering the changes and pressures of our current economic & medical (pandemic) struggles the last couple of years there are few places of business that offer that very valuable quality to their customers. As a very simple example please note. I am a very disabled senior citizen and as I left for a very important cardiac appt. This A M. an emergency notification signaled there was a problem with my car. I pulled into the parking lot early this Monday and the place was packed with customers for the day already! I called from my car and they sent a mechanic to where I managed to pull my car. I simply told them I was one of their customers and my situation and they came immediately to help. They were as always, wonderful, respectful and today was able to make a few adjustments to fix the problem and in doing so found a potential problem and advised me to call my dealer. I did the same and my dealer is now going to make this repair as it is covered under my warranty. The fact that this business has always shown this kind of integrity & loyalty to it's customers is why their customers are loyal to them. It wasn't about money today as it worked out, but for bigger repairs or a set of new tires I would go to no other!! From our first encounter up to and including today, This Tire Plus has earned my trust & patronage🙌🤝 . Thank you Tire Plus👍

have had multiple bad experiences here, first time being a year ago I took my car in because of a coolant leak, received a call with them telling me my engine was blown, I towed the car back to my house and fixed it myself all that was wrong was a water pump. I also got tires mounted here front desk guy had an attitude and the tech who drove my car into the bay couldn't make it out the parking spot without stalling it multiple times. they should not have someone moving manual vehicles whom I was told had no experience driving a manual.

These guys used to be so great. But I believe Josh is somewhere better. Terrible customer service. Had a simple tire rotation that took 6 hours. And they never bothered to call me when the service was finished. Almost late to a dinner reservation. Called them to ask about my service, and they kept me on hold for an hour! When I walked there to get my car, they weren't even busy! Never again!

Called early n told them I was on the way with a tire that needs plugged. They were so busy when we came back in 30min they had forgot the tire. But soon as I said it doesn't look like it was moved, the head guy, went out, got the tire n fixed it himself. Thanks for a great job.

I recently had to replace all four tire sensors in my 2003 Lexus SC430. As always Chris fit me into their busy schedule. Mike and Orlando were outstanding. It is a pleasure knowing I can count on the Brooksville Team to service my car. Outstanding Customer Service and each time they have gone above and beyond.

I feel used and taken advantage of. I called to find out if they had a battery in stock from my car. The battery is in the front wheel well. They priced the battery which came out $100 more than the last battery I bought there. When I questioned it, I was told it was because it was a different and better brand than they used to carry. The truth is the battery cost $20 more and they charged me $50 to install the battery I purchased from there. It is not like it used to be for sure.

Braedon and this crew at the Brooksville Tires Plus are amazing! I went in on the busiest day of the week with an unexpected issue. They had me in and out the same day. They have always been honest and fair. I am a woman and I am never worried about going in there and being told I need repairs I dont or being priced unfairly. I cannot say enough good things about this store. I will always give my strongest recommendations to use Tires Plus and dont look anywhere else.
