If I could give them less I would very very very racist. If you are any other race other than Caucasian beware!!! My aunt and I took a vehicle to be parked in the parking space we called ahead to multiple U-Haul‘s and all of them were booked or could not accommodate our vehicle we called this location and were told we would be able to park our vehicle in the parking spaces with no issues we made the appointment we had all of the paperwork done the vehicle had been an accident and we were storing it until we can relocate back to Texas however we were told within a day to come pick the vehicle up because it cannot remain there there are vehicles that were next to it there are still vehicles there were Hyundai‘s and other vehicles that were not working and they were there we could crank up our vehicle and move which we did to get it off of the property however when we would try and speak or say anything regarding the vehicle to any member of management inside of the Brooksville place they would not come out and speak know what they say anything they harass my aunt multiple times through the phone and they had my number to be able to contact but they did not so they felt the need to be able to call her even through the corporate office to do horrible and obscene things to an elderly woman we are a African American family and we will never use them again

Had to rent a pickup truck from U-HAUL to pick up some lumber from Lowes. The rental process was very easy and I only had the truck for about a hour and traveled a total of 16 miles. I got the bill total via email after returning the truck to find out that I had been charged for three gallons of gas at over $5.00/gallon to travel the 16 miles. I had to speak with a manager to finally get the fuel charge removed. Other than that glitch, it was a easy process...

The staff at U-Haul were very friendly and very good I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone the staff are not very very nice and the place is very nice and clean
