They increase their rent rates after 6months and do not have the decency to let you know up front. Store Manager Jasmine is absolutely rude, unaccommodating, and does not find it their responsibility or good business practice to advise their customers in advance. Absolutely poor customer service.

The CubeSmart staff are friendly. Great customer service. The streets inside facility needs to be cleaned.

Their unit prices keep going up every month so be wary if you plan to keep a unit for over 2 years. But other than that its a nice place. Got a moving truck on special for being a first time renter. That was nice! Gated with a code for entry. Its typically always clean inside the air conditioning area.

Rafael in the front office was a Gentleman. Very Professional and Attentive. The rent increase had me 1st downsize from 1 unit to another then unfortunately leave. I am not use to this type of living however, after leaving NY my shop and my garage. Times are what they are and not, the reason a landlord should take advantage of the working class. Thanks Rafael You Rock Dude!

This facility is located behind the shell gas station. Customer service is limited to just one person. The facility has many questionable people WALKING in and out of the facility with backpacks, makes me wonder why the inside storage building has a very interesting grassy smell. The carts that are used are non functional, wheels are compromised. Pricing was an issue as well. This is not a place for me to return to or recommend.

Reserved a cube last week with my wife and finally rented it earlier this week. Rafael was awesome. Great customer service skills and the facility is one of the cleanest I've ever rented at. Will be renting for only a month or two but I will definitely be loyal to CubeSmart for all my storage needs in the future
