Extra Space Storage

From beginning to end, a great experience with excellent customer service. Gary and “Queen” Victoria were attentive and accommodating. I was treated as a human being and not a number. The facility is immaculately kept with easy access. I felt secure with all the surveillance features in place. I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage to any and everyone needing storage space.

My experience was great! Queen Victoria was very helpful and informative and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what I was sign up for. The facility also is very clean and well kept and their prices are the best I've seen on the market.

I am so amazed of the quality of this facility. Very, very, very, clean!!! The building still smells new and the staff Ms. Victoria is very professional and her tenacity is greatly appreciated!! On my moving day she greeted me with a smile and ask if there is anything I needed to let her know. WOW!! YOU JUST DON'T SEE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ANYMORE. Victoria and Gary aha been so helpful whenever I go into the storage. I lost my key and Victoria was so helpful getting me in my unit with a new key. They are always so friendly in this location!!

I’ve had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage. The manager Vikki answered all my questions and was so nice. This location is very clean and brand new. They really mean it when they say temperature-controlled, which I appreciate. It’s a very cool lower 70’s in there. Even the bathroom is kept clean. I felt very safe at this location. Anyone can drive up to this building, there is no gate, however, you can’t get in the building unless you have a code. And for security, the doors time-out and you will have to put your code in again. Somewhat inconvenient when you’re moving in a lot of stuff, but I like the security of that. People can’t just walk up and get in. Also, there are security cameras in the building.

I switched from Public Storage in Coral Springs because it was dirty and barely temperature-controlled, almost 80 and some areas you don’t even feel it...,but you’re still paying extra for that feature. And I didn’t feel safe walking around that location.

When I arrived at Extra Space Storage with my movers, Gary personally walked me over to my space. Vikki came to meet me and make sure everything was up to par. The customer service here is great. They really made this a pleasant experience.

You definitely get your money’s worth at Extra Space Storage, I highly recommend this location and Vikki.

Ms. Vickie is amazing. She is very efficient and her customer service is next to none. By far the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely look for her on your next visit. Beyond a 5 star review .

Been with them since they open at this location. Never had an issue. Place is always clean.
Victoria and Gary are just the nicest people you can find, always polite. Never too busy to stop and say hello when they see you.
